I picked up a metric assload of rejections today: Polyphony, Realms of Fantasy (blue form of death, with "didn't stand out" highlighted), and the official notification from the NSF. Boo, hiss.

The NSF said they'll send me a copy of my panel review forms if I want, so I've requested them. I don't know if I can apply for one of these next year, but if I can, I'd like to see what they thought didn't cut the mustard.

So, I guess "Alexander" goes off to Strange Horizons tonight, and I'm not sure what to do with "A Solicitation of Fairies". Anyone got any thoughts on what I can do with 9k of humorous lawyer fantasy?
